Lacie and her New Baby at Our Breastfeeding Mini Session Event

I’ve posted several of these breastfeeding mini session galleries on my blog so far, and I’m not quite done! Along with the mamas who signed up for the actual event, I have to give space to the mamas who changed their plans last minute and rushed their babies over to Emerson Kate Boutique to take pictures with us BEFORE the event. They helped us to create some beautiful promotional materials!

For any event, but especially a breastfeeding mini session event, it’s SO important to show mamas what their images will look and feel like. Breastfeeding photography isn’t a readily available service in Middle, TN yet (although I’m working diligently to change that). Lots of mamas only know they WANT to remember this precious relationship after they see that photographing it is a THING! It’s something available to them and it’s beautiful!

For this particular breastfeeding mini session event, we had lots of plans for promoting and getting information out to local mamas, but as any mama knows, plans are only plans. Things went a little sideways (for several unforeseen reasons) and we had to improvise at the last second. When we put out the word that we needed a breastfeeding mama to come in ASAP, Lacie dropped what she was doing and raced over with her sweet new baby to help us out!

I’m so incredibly grateful that she did.
