Best Lashes for Photoshoots – Blinkifly The Darling

Ever have an absolute meltdown because you don’t know what direction to go with your make-up for your next photoshoot? Yes? Yeah I know….I know because I’ve had that SAME meltdown. Walking the line between natural and glam, flattering but not over the top, decent coverage but won’t melt off your face – it’s stressful! For me lashes are always a big deal.

It’s the lashes for me.

Mine have always been short, sparse, and fair. Meaning I basically look like I don’t have any. I’ve tried ALL the mascaras, strip lashes (ugh), magnetic lashes (I’m not skilled enough), and extensions are too expensive and too damaging. In the past I’ve just put up with it and been sad. I mean don’t get me wrong – I love my body. It’s beautiful. But I just REALLY wish I had nicer lashes.

The Solution

After experimenting with alllllll the options (because let’s face it – I want a solution as bad as you do), I FINALLY found the best lashes for photoshoots. Blinkifly Lashes. Now let me clarify – this is not a sponsored post! I just seriously love these lashes.  They last 5 to 7 days, you can’t see the lash line, they aren’t damaging, and they look AMAZING.  I personally love The Darling lashes – but you really can’t go wrong with any of them.

Pro Tips

Put these on 24 to 48 hours prior to your session.  ESPECIALLY if it’s your first time. There is a smidge of a learning curve and you don’t want to be pressed for time an hour before your session. We’re trying to minimize stress here not add to it.

Use enough glue. Lot’s of users have struggled to get these to stay on for the full 7 days simply because they aren’t using enough glue for them to last.

Get slanted tweezers. They seriously make the BIGGEST difference in applying these lashes quickly, easily, and accurately. They also help you not stab yourself in the eye like you’d risk with pointed tweezers.
