Happy New Year From Your Fav Murfreesboro Family Photographer!

I have to say ya’ll. It’s kind of been a rough couple of years right? 2020 was brutal. 2021 wasn’t the dreamy follow up we had all hoped for. So 2022? I’m excited for it AND a bit nervous.

 

The practice of gratitude is something I REALLY believe in. So even though 2021 wasn’t all rainbows and butterflies, it did hold beauty and positive moments. I want to make space for those and show gratitude for the positive things that happened in 2021 before I step fully into 2022.

 

Things that made 2021 beautiful:

the birth of my 2nd daughter

hugging family and friends again

watching my oldest start pre-k and thrive

celebrating holidays and milestones with people I love

my WONDERFUL clients and the incredible memories we created for them

 

The first half of 2021 was maternity leave for me and our new baby, so I didn’t photograph as many families as I typically do in a full year – but boy did the fall season make up for missed time! Fall was packed and I’m so glad to have worked with my repeat clients and to have met all the new families that this year brought into my business. The title of this post “Happy New Year from your Fav Murfreesboro Family Photographer” is meant to be silly – but also serious. My goal is to give you the absolute best photography experience while providing you with memories that will last generations. So if you haven’t worked with me yet – I might not be your fav right this second – but hopefully I’ll become your fav in 2022!
