Meet Scott Vasburgh – Master Flavor Creator, and Executive Chef at Eli’s Table.  I had the privilege of photographing (and tasting) some of his absolutely fantastic food for the pages of Charleston Living Magazine! On the menu and in the images: Espresso Rubbed Beef Ribeye – Charred Onions, Grilled Asparagus, and Whisky Jus,  Shrimp and Pancakes – Chai Spiced Shrimp & Sweet Potato Pancakes with Mango Slaw & Spiced Pecan Butter, Ahi Bruschetta – Avocado, Tomato, and Ancho Aioli, and Local Fish of the Day – Basil and Parmesan dusted, Oven Roasted Ratatouille with Boursin Cheese.
